Michael has been with us for 12 months and is second in charge in the kitchen.

In his spare time he is a 'blogger' and writes about food and various ingredients, he spent a lot of lockdown working on his sourdough skills, he made his own sourdough starter and he has been spending a lot of lockdowns making some amazing bread, he is currently working on some new bread, we can't wait to start seeing them in the hotel.
