In this situation, the hotel will charge the full amount for the stay to your card. By making the booking and providing us with details on a pre-authorised card, you are giving us permission to take the monetary value of your stay from the card. Please note that if you cancel 72 hours prior to arrival there will be no charges made. We send an automated email directly from the booking system (Guestline) 7 days prior to arrival to remind you of your coming stay, thus providing you with ample opportunity to cancel should you need to.

This can be done by calling the hotel on +44(0)1539445759 or by emailing them at hotel@lindeth-howe.co.uk. If you have booked your stay with a 3rd party and not with us directly, we are unable to cancel that booking on your behalf and you will need to cancel with the company you booked with. Until you have cancelled with them, your booking will remain in our system and you will be responsible for any payments until we receive confirmation that your booking has been cancelled, we acknowledge all cancellations that come into the hotel and until you receive a cancellation notification from us, you should consider your booking still in place at the hotel.
