Terms & Conditions
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Did you know we will match any legitimate rate for Lindeth Howe on any website that you find? The rate must be from a legitimate source, it must be for the same dates you wish to come and stay, and you must be able to tell us where you found the rate and provide proof of the rate, (a screenshot will be fine). Please call us on 015394 45759 for more information. Notification of rate match MUST be provided at the time of booking, no rates will be altered after the time of booking. Terms and Conditions apply.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per adult is required to confirm a booking. A higher value deposit is required to confirm a function booking or an advanced purchase room. Some special breaks will require full payment at the time of booking, this will be clearly shown on the website page with the special offer information.
When canceling prior to your arrival date as a goodwill gesture we will hold the deposit for a future booking taken within 3 months otherwise it is retained by the hotel. Canceling within 48 hours of your arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay minus the deposit. However, if the room is re-let, only the deposit is retained.
We would strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance in case of cancellation.
