Terms and Conditions for Your 2026 Christmas Break

• Single Occupancy Rates: Available upon request.

• Dining Inclusions: Dinner, Bed, and Breakfast stays include lunch on Christmas Day and a light buffet on Christmas Day evening.

• Payments:

  • Deposit: £300.00 required to secure your booking.

  • Second Payment: £300.00 due by 2nd September 2025.

  • Final Payment: Full balance due by 30th November 2025.

  • All deposits are non-refundable—we recommend securing holiday insurance, such as a cancellation plan, for peace of mind.

• Pricing:

  • Prices are per room per stay.

  • Children occupying their own rooms are charged at the adult rate.

  • Children aged 14 and under: £195.00 per child, per night.

  • Children under 3: Stay for free, with meals charged as taken.
