Aaron has been an invaluable member of the Lindeth Howe team since 2019, starting his journey as a receptionist and quickly becoming a familiar, friendly face for guests. Known for his approachable personality and excellent communication skills, Aaron has a natural ability to make every guest feel welcome. Whether assisting with bookings, offering advice on local attractions, or simply having a friendly chat, he goes above and beyond to ensure every guest's experience is exceptional. And if you’re a sports enthusiast, Aaron is definitely your guy! Whether it’s football, rugby, or any other sport, he’s always up for an enthusiastic conversation about the latest matches or events.
Aaron’s dedication to his role and passion for providing outstanding service have seen him achieve significant milestones in his career at Lindeth Howe. After joining as a receptionist, his hard work and leadership skills earned him a promotion to Head Receptionist in April 2023. This role saw Aaron take on more responsibility, leading the reception team and continuing to uphold the warm and welcoming environment Lindeth Howe is known for. By December 2024, Aaron’s commitment and expertise were further recognized as he took over the management of reception, stepping into the role of Guest Services Manager. In this position, Aaron oversees the entire front-of-house operation, ensuring seamless coordination and delivering exceptional service standards. The team at Lindeth Howe is proud to support Aaron in his ongoing career and looks forward to seeing his continued growth and success.
Outside of his professional life, Aaron’s interests and enthusiasm bring a vibrant energy to the team.
