Brian is one of our Chefs and he is responsible for all your starter dishes as well as assisting in other areas of the kitchen. He enjoys prepping the starters and his favourite dish to prepare is the Goats Cheese Pearls as once assembled it is so colourful.

Brian is from Barrow-in-Furness and in his spare time he likes to socialise with friends.
