From the bread rolls to the scones, from the desserts to the wedding cakes, Jenny is our very own queen of puddings! 

Jenny also makes our Christmas cake each year and she also helps us in the restaurant so she can also be seen working some breakfast shifts, but, ask as nicely as you want, she won't give up her recipes!!

Jenny is from Cumbria and when she is not baking she enjoys walking the 'Wainwrights'
