You can pick up your Loyalty Card at any time during your stay from our friendly reception team—and with every stay, you’ll get closer to enjoying your complimentary getaway!
How It Works
To get the most out of your Lindeth Howe Loyalty Card, here’s everything you need to know:

Book Direct: To validate your stay on your Loyalty Card, bookings must be made directly through the hotel. This can be done by phone, email, or via our website (www.lindeth-howe.co.uk). Stays booked through online travel agencies, such as Booking.com or Expedia, will not be eligible.

Timeframe: All stays must take place within 36 months of your first stay to count towards your free stay.

Exclusions: Group bookings, wedding stays, and special event stays are not eligible for Loyalty Card validation.

Your Free Stay: Once validated, your free stay will include the 'Cumbrian Escape' package—a 2-night stay with dinner on the first night and bed and breakfast on the second night.

What’s Included: The complimentary stay covers accommodation, breakfast, and dinner for up to 2 people. Additional charges, such as bar drinks, menu supplements, and extra guests (including children), are paid separately at checkout.

Keep It Safe: Your Loyalty Card will be issued by our reception team at your first stay and must be presented at each subsequent visit for validation. Replacement cards are not available, so we recommend keeping it safe!

Non-Transferable: Loyalty Cards and associated stays are non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder.

Subject to Availability: Your free stay is subject to availability and excludes Christmas, New Year, special events, weddings, bank holidays, and public holidays. Additional exclusion dates may apply at the discretion of hotel management.

Redeeming Your Free Stay: To redeem your free stay, please call us directly at +44 (0) 1539445759 and let us know you’re redeeming your Loyalty Card points.

Points Allocation: Each stay earns 1 point—so 7 stays equals 7 points, bringing you closer to your well-deserved reward!
